    • 2 per day Mon - Fri

    • Mix of Sand, Water, Court, Weights

  • 15 Meals

    • Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner Mon - Fri​

    • To and from each training and meal locations​

  • Housing near the beach​​

    • Single bed in house 1-2 blocks from the beach​
